Notes to Editors

1. Applications for the commemorative use of Royal names, titles for Her Majesty鈥檚 Diamond Jubilee for such purposes as community halls, commemorative gardens, public buildings and other non-commercial uses should be directed as follows:

   • Applications in respect of England, Northern Ireland or any of the Crown Dependencies - to Cabinet Office, Constitutional Policy Branch;
   • Applications in respect of Scotland or Wales where responsibility for the subject of the application remains with the UK Government - to the Scotland Office and Wales Office respectively;听
   • Applications in respect of Scotland or Wales where responsibility for the subject of the application lies with the Scottish Government or the Welsh Government, or where the applicant is unsure - to the Scottish Government or the Welsh Government.听 皇冠体育appy will identify any application that is in fact the responsibility of the UK Government and transfer it to the Scotland Office or the Wales Office for consideration.听
