Fenland/Fishers' cleanroom laundry business merger inquiry cancelled
»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp CMA formally cancelled its inquiry into Fenland’s anticipated acquisition of Fishersâ€� cleanroom laundry business.
»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) received assurance from Fenland that the anticipated acquisition has been abandoned.
On 4 January 2016, the CMA referred Fenland Laundries Limited’s (Fenland) anticipated acquisition of Fishers Services Limited’s (Fishers) cleanroom laundry business for an in-depth phase 2 investigation.
