Due to concerns that the charity鈥檚 funds may have been misused in the past, and questions as to the trustees鈥� oversight, the Commission has used its powers to temporarily restrict any transactions the charity intends to make which are over 拢4,000. This is to protect the charity鈥檚 significant income and assets 鈥� reported an income of over 拢21m and assets of over 拢2.3m in its latest accounts.

It will examine whether the trustees are running their charity in line with their legal duties and charity law; particularly in relation to managing finances, conflicts of interest, and preventing unauthorised trustee and third-party benefits. 皇冠体育app investigation will also check if spending is correctly recorded, examine relationships with other organisations, and explore the influence of non-leaders on decision-making.
