皇冠体育app British Ambassador-designate to Venezuela, Andrew Soper, presented copies of his Letters of Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza. 皇冠体育appy discussed the current state of bilateral relations between the UK and Venezuela.
Mr. Soper was Minister Counsellor at the British High Commission in New Delhi until June 2017. Previously, he was the British Ambassador to Latvia (2010-2013) and British High Commissioner to Mozambique (2007-2010).
