Role of the advisory board

皇冠体育app Advisory Board on the Registration of Homeopathic Products鈥� (ABRHP):

• gives advice on safety and quality in relation to any homeopathic medicinal product for human use, in respect of which a certificate of registration has been granted or applied for
• gives advice on safety, quality and efficacy in relation to any homeopathic medicinal product for human use, in respect of which:
  • a marketing authorisation has been granted or has been applied for
  • a licence of right has been granted

Note: efficacy means acceptability and confirmation within the UK homeopathic tradition.

Code of Practice on conflicts of interest applies to chairs, members, co-opted members and invited and patient experts of all our scientific advisory committees.听 See .

皇冠体育app principles in the Code also apply to observers and invited experts who are asked to contribute written advice and do not attend committee meetings.
