皇冠体育app Pension Schemes Act 2021 (鈥渢he Act鈥�) gained Royal Assent on 11 February 2021. Part 3 of the Act relates to new powers for 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator and contains various provisions to make associated regulations.
A consultation was conducted seeking views on the proposed drafting of the 2 sets of draft regulations: 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator (Contribution Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (now referred to as 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator (Employer Resources Test) Regulations 2021) and 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator (Information Gathering Powers and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021 (now referred to as 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator (Information Gathering Powers and Modification) Regulations 2021).

- 皇冠体育app Pensions Regulator (Information Gathering Powers and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021
We welcome views on any impacts, including any unintended consequences that the draft regulations might have on specific groups. 皇冠体育appse regulations are expected to come into force in October 2021.
