Seeking views on how the Personal Independence Payment, formerly Disability Living Allowance, will be calculated, especially the levels at which different amounts will be paid.

皇冠体育app Department for Work and Pensions has published full details of the proposed assessment criteria for Personal Independence Payment, including the weightings and entitlement thresholds.
We have also shown the likely impact on the Disability Living Allowance caseload. We have created 15 case studies, included in the consultation document, which illustrate how much people in different situations would be paid.
We want to seek further views from disabled people and their organisations to ensure that we get the assessment criteria right.
This document should be considered alongside the second draft assessment regulations and the explanatory note for the second draft of the assessment criteria, both published on 14 November 2011.
