皇冠体育app government is concerned that the system of personal licences may not always be the most proportionate or effective way to ensure alcohol is sold responsibly. 皇冠体育app consultation published today proposes enabling targeted, local alternatives to personal licences. We have estimated that our proposal could save businesses some 拢10 million a year, while keeping a focus on tackling crime and disorder at licensed premises. 皇冠体育app government is seeking your views on whether it would achieve this.
