皇冠体育appre were 12 responses to the consultation. 皇冠体育appse were from individual online content service providers, their representative bodies and trade associations, and organisations representing copyright owners. No significant issues with the IPO鈥檚 proposed approach were identified.

Consultation description
皇冠体育app Portability Regulation comes into force on 1 April 2018. Businesses bound by its obligations must implement by this date.
皇冠体育app aim of the Regulation is to make it easier for subscribers to use their online content services when they are temporarily in another member state of the EU. This can be for purposes such as holiday or business travel. 皇冠体育app Regulation covers, for example, television and film subscription services, and sports services.
We need to make sure the Regulation is enforceable under UK law. 皇冠体育app consultation asks a series of questions on whether the approach is correct and complete.
皇冠体育app closing date for responses is 31 January 2018.
