Consultation concerning a 2nd round of applications from harbour authorities to be designated with the power to give harbour directions. This currently relates to:

  • 5 English harbours (
  • 1 Welsh Harbour

Welsh fishery harbours powers must be designated by Welsh ministers.

  1. Exeter City Council
  2. Neath Port Authority Council
  3. Plymouth City Council
  4. the Duchy of Cornwall
  5. St Mawes Pier and Harbour Company
  6. Torbay Council
