We received 138聽responses to this consultation. 皇冠体育app UK government, Scottish Government, Welsh Government and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) in Northern Ireland have responded to the views received during consultation.

We have now published the final version of the Joint Fisheries Statement (JFS), as required by the Fisheries Act 2020.

皇冠体育app JFS sets out the future direction of UK fisheries management. It will make sure that policies deliver a thriving, sustainable fishing industry and healthy marine environment.

皇冠体育app JFS has been developed by the 4 fisheries administrations of the UK (Scottish Government, Welsh Government, UK government and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) in Northern Ireland).

皇冠体育app final JFS will be published in November 2022 and will set the future direction of UK fisheries management. It is a requirement of the Fisheries Act 2020 and will make sure that policies deliver a thriving, sustainable fishing industry and healthy marine environment.
