皇冠体育app Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) is seeking views on proposed changes to charges for some of the services we provide for the protection of animal health and welfare, and the introduction of charges for some other services.
皇冠体育app changes will apply to APHA services provided across Great Britain.
皇冠体育appre are two online consultations at :
皇冠体育app first consultation is about changing existing charges for the following services:
- Poultry Health Scheme
- Salmonella National Control Programme
- Border Inspection Posts
- approval of bovine and porcine semen collection centres and artificial breeding
皇冠体育app second consultation is about introducing new charges for the following services:
- approval and registration of animal by-products sites
- approval of animal gatherings
- administration of pet passports
皇冠体育app aim of the proposal changes is to reduce taxpayer subsidy of APHA services by transferring some of the costs to those who benefit from the agency鈥檚 services.
