Consultation description

皇冠体育app draft consumer law advice covers the charging of fees after a resident鈥檚 death and treatment of their possessions.

皇冠体育app purpose of the advice is to help care home providers understand and comply with their consumer law responsibilities.

皇冠体育app CMA invites interested parties to respond to the questions in Section 4 of the consultation document.

皇冠体育app final advice, and an anonymised summary of responses that fall within the scope of the consultation, will be published in Spring 2018.

We are also inviting relatives and representatives of deceased residents to complete a short online questionnaire.
