This document sets out proposals for adapting Monitor鈥檚 Risk assessment framework to address financial risk at independent providers of essential healthcare services. 皇冠体育appse essential healthcare services are called 鈥榗ommissioner requested services鈥� (CRS).

Following this consultation, Monitor will publish an updated Risk assessment framework with a section for independent providers of essential healthcare services. This will apply from 1 April 2014.
