Until we publish new guidance on attendance levels, continue to use the 3 Opra attributes of complexity, emissions and location to calculate the attendance levels for technically competent managers of operations authorised by bespoke permits.

皇冠体育app operational risk appraisal (Opra) assessment provides a risk rating which the Environment Agency (EA) can use to allocate its regulatory resources and to determine how much a business will be charged for an activity.

Opra looks at what activity is being done, where it is done and how it is done. This allows the Environment Agency to target resources at those facilities that pose the greatest risk to the environment. 皇冠体育app EA work with good performers so they can continue to protect the environment effectively and improve their performance. 皇冠体育app EA take action against unacceptable performance.
