Mayoral Strategic Authorities with a strong track record of delivery, which can demonstrate exemplary stewardship of public finances, can request access to a deeper level of devolution, including the Integrated Settlement.
皇冠体育app government implemented Integrated Settlements for Greater Manchester and West Midlands Combined Authorities at the start of the 2025-26 financial year. 皇冠体育app underlying arrangements for the 2025-26 Integrated Settlements are available at the Memorandum of Understanding for the 鈥淭railblazer鈥� Single Settlements for Greater Manchester and West Midlands Combined Authorities. 皇冠体育app funds in scope, allocation mechanisms, allocated amounts and outcomes and targets for the 2025 to 2026 financial year period are published below.
From the 2026-27 financial year, five further Mayoral Strategic Authorities will receive Integrated Settlements: the North East, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authorities, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the Greater London Authority. Further details on the policy principles of the Integrated Settlements and how they will be implemented are set out in the Integrated Settlement Policy Document. This page will be updated with the functional responsibilities, funds and outcomes frameworks for the Spending Review period in due course.
