Gloucester city centre鈥檚 拢20 million regeneration
Three projects in Gloucester were allocated 拢20 million from the Levelling Up Fund.
Debenhams redevelopment
Plans for the funding include the redevelopment of the former Debenhams store on the corner of 皇冠体育app Oxeblade and Northgate Street.
皇冠体育app University of Gloucester鈥檚 plans for the building include:
- an information centre for 4,700 students and up to 450 staff from the university
- a digitally enabled public library
- a drop-in wellbeing centre
Support for businesses
Funds are also allocated to support 皇冠体育app Forge digital innovation and incubation centre. This hub will provide support to small and medium-sized businesses in the area.
