Initial undertakings: 7 January 2014

On 7 January 2014, the OFT accepted hold separate undertakings given by Stagecoach Bus Holdings Ltd under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. 皇冠体育app undertakings are without prejudice to OFT ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Stagecoach Bus Holdings Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Stagecoach Group plc) of Go West Travel Limited trading as Norfolk Green.
