Summary:

皇冠体育app pilot rejoined the circuit at Enstone after a flight in the local area. Due to the number of aircraft in the circuit, the pilot was required to 鈥榞o-around鈥� on the first two attempts to land. On the final downwind leg, when lowering the landing gear, he noticed that the flaps were still deployed, which he then retracted. After completing a normal approach, the subsequent landing appeared to be 鈥榓 little bouncy鈥� and, as the aircraft de-rotated, the propeller struck the ground. 皇冠体育app pilot and his passenger were uninjured. 皇冠体育app pilot believes that the he had inadvertently retracted the landing gear on the downwind leg of the final circuit, due to a loss of concentration brought about by the two previous go-arounds and the high volume of radio traffic from other aircraft in the circuit.
