Summary:

皇冠体育app pilot carried out a forced landing when he noticed the engine cowling starting to separate from its mountings. 皇冠体育app aircraft touched down in standing crops and turned onto its back. 皇冠体育app engine cowling forward mountings had failed allowing the cowling to move forward into the path of the propeller.
