Summary:

During the initial climb after takeoff the right engine lost power at FL60. 皇冠体育app pilot shut down the right engine and carried out an uneventful landing. 皇冠体育app right engine failure was caused by separation of the No 2 engine cylinder, but the cause of the cylinder separation could not be determined.
