Summary:

皇冠体育app aircraft was on final approach and had been cleared to land when a seagull flew into the aircraft鈥檚 flight path. 皇冠体育app pilot was unable to take avoiding action and the bird struck the left windscreen causing it to shatter. 皇冠体育app remains of the bird entered the cockpit and hit the pilot, dislodging his headset. 皇冠体育app pilot was able to make a normal landing, after which he recovered the headset from the rear of the aircraft and informed ATC of the incident. 皇冠体育app pilot then taxied the aircraft to its assigned parking place where he received first aid for minor injuries.
