Summary:

During a takeoff on Runway 03 with a reported surface wind of 320潞/ 12 kt, the aircraft started swinging to the left as the tailwheel came off the ground. 皇冠体育app pilot corrected for the yaw but was unable to control the resultant lateral oscillation. 皇冠体育app aircraft went off the right side of the runway and the left gear collapsed.
