Summary:

A recently qualified pilot was on a flight with a passenger when the aircraft entered a spin. 皇冠体育app pilot was unable to recover from the spin and the aircraft crashed. 皇冠体育app pilot and passenger were fatally injured. 皇冠体育app aircraft had no apparent defects prior to the accident although it was found to be overweight and the Centre of Gravity (CG) was beyond the aft limit. It is considered that a combination of the aircraft鈥檚 weight, its CG being out of limits, and the pilot鈥檚 inexperience, all lead to the aircraft unintentionally entering a spin. 皇冠体育app aircraft was not certified for spinning.
