Summary:

皇冠体育app aircraft flew into the ground during a flying display. 皇冠体育app pilot had not followed the display routine that he normally practised and initiated recovery from a flat spin at a height lower than required. 皇冠体育app pilot was fatally injured on impact. 皇冠体育app engineering investigation concluded that the aircraft was serviceable prior to the accident. Two Safety Recommendations have been made as a result of this investigation.
