Following touchdown, which the pilot described as slightly fast, the aircraft bounced and became airborne again. 皇冠体育app pilot attempted to 鈥渉old off鈥� to allow the aircraft to settle back onto its main landing gear, however the aircraft pitched nose down prior to contacting the ground, causing the nose landing gear to collapse. 皇冠体育app aircraft came to rest on the runway and the pilot and his passenger, who were uninjured, were able to vacate the aircraft via the normal exit. 皇冠体育app pilot considered that the accident was the result of not applying full power to initiate a go around after the bounce.
