Summary:

During the takeoff ground roll a gust of wind from the left lifted the left wing despite the pilot having held full into-wind aileron. 皇冠体育app aircraft then pitched nose down and the propeller struck the runway. 皇冠体育app pilot taxied the aircraft off the runway and then shut down the engine.
